PANTHEON
Multi-system security megacorp formed by a merger of expansionist hypercapital interests in the first great interstellar travel boom. Their R&D department saw great success in repurposing anomalous scientific discoveries into new weapons technologies. Now at the cutting edge of warfare, they run their own military campaigns to further develop and test their products.
WATCHDOG
Pantheon’s former line of automated policing and incarceration solutions. While the corp has advanced far beyond this last-gen tech, many burgeoning colonies still use the products in their law enforcement programs and Pantheon enjoys a steady revenue stream from their subscription model.
Most criminal elements in the sector are at least passingly familiar with the Watchdog line. Rumours also persist about a secret Pantheon prison, used for discreetly disappearing the corp’s more high-profile inconveniences.
1 LYMER [C:45 Bite 1d10; I:65; W:2(10)]
Cyclopic quadruped drones. Basic AI keeps them out of danger, tracking prey then observing and reporting back to more combat-ready units, although they will attack if not outnumbered.
2 HOUND [C:55 Bite 1d10; I:65; W:3(15)]
Based on the Lymer chassis. Programmed to be tenacious pack hunters, taking down prey through unerring persistence. Can prove ineffective without access to support from other units.
3 ALAUNT [C:65 Bite 1d10; I:80; W:3(15) 3AP]
Optional upgrade to one of every five Hound units. Acts as a leader, coordinating actions. Other units will follow its lead in attack, pursuit or retreat.
4 MASTIFF [C:75 Bite 1d10/Claws 2d5; I:50; W:5(10) 5AP]
Heavy attack units for dangerous targets. Expensive, so rarely unleashed unless proven necessary. The constant blare of its siren makes the blood run cold.
5 VET [C:20 Autotool 2d10; I:65; W:2(10)]
Lightweight flying repair units. Rarely seen unless a damaged robot calls for assistance. Can restore 1 Wound per round to any 1 nearby Watchdog unit.
UPGRADES
